We spent Tuesday in Chester. It rained on us the entire day and was really cold...but it was a really neat city with lots of history.
Chester is surrounded by walls!! Back in history they made this wall to keep the Welsh out, and it still stands.

We decided to go inside the Town Hall to try and escape the wet weather. We discovered that a music concert was about to start. So we decided to go. We were the youngest there by about 40 years. It was really good though. It was a man at the piano and a woman with the flute.
These stained glass windows were inside the town hall and I thought they were so neat. A different person is pictured inside each one.

Here is Danni running down the "Wishing Steps." Danni had done some research online and found that somewhere in Chester there were wishing steps that if you ran up and down them while holding your breath you would get your wish. So after searching for them we decided to ask a local. He looked at us funny and said there were no wishing steps but if we wanted to we could run up and down these steps. So of course we did!!
This night we had dinner with the entire Lean Six Sigma training group. Which consisted primarily of Indians and about 4 from the UK and then us. We ate at Indian restaurant. Supposedly it had won a bunch of awards. The food was...well Indian. Not that great but about 10 times better than what Jon had to eat when he was in India. It was also so hard to understand the Indian's English.
