Memorial Weekend Camping

The big boys helped the kids make this cool fort.
As you can see, it snowed off and on all weekend!!  It was rather cold the entire time but we still had fun!
I never could get an entire group picture of the kids but here is the group that were playing "Hungar Games".  They don't actually "kill" each other but they do some kind of spin off from the book.
Minutes before we left AJ came inside the house screaming!  He was playing on his scooter and fell hard on his elbow.  His elbow swelled up and we slung it with a pillow case and left for camping.  It was pouring rain when we got to our camp site.  We set up in the rain and got muddy!!  AJ's arm was still hurting so Jon took him to the ER in Evanston.  The outcome was that he sprained it badly and they wrapped it and put it in a sling.  AJ had been so excited to ride his four wheeler all weekend, and unfortunately wasn't able do.  He still had a good attitude all weekend.  This was the largest group of friends we have camped with.  Those that came were us, Birch, Morris, Arnell, Jensen, and Wilson families.  It was so much fun to camp with so many friends and each kid had a buddy.
