Sunday, March 13th my friend Laura Nielson lost her 8 week old baby Samantha. She had passed away during the night from RSV. My friend Shandra had come to our ward building to tell me. It was a very sad day for all of us. I cried a good amount of this day. My friend Heidi and I went to see Laura that night. It was so incredibly sad. The funeral was on Friday, March 18th. This was the 3rd baby funeral that I have attended in my adult life. They are so incredibly sad. The funeral service was so nice and I thought it answered a lot of questions for the family and gave an abundant amount of comfort. The spirit was so strong and I was honored to be there.

Oh my, its makes me so sad as just to look at those photos! How awful. I don't know them very well but I could just imagine. Thanks for sharing this:)
What a heartache, so sorry for them. It is wonderful though that we have the knowledge of the gospel and all it promises us.
oh I'm all teary eyes just seeing these pictures. The casket is so small. Glad you all can be good friends to her right now!
