My youngest sister Tayler spent three weeks with me this summer!! After she went to Lagoon with us we brought her back to Wyoming with us. The first week she was here we stayed in Wyoming. Then for a couple days we were in Bear Lake. We spent a quick weekend at the stake camp out and then we headed to Fort Collins, Wyoming to visit our sister Kellie. Jon was with us for a couple days the first week and then he left for INDIA!! He went there for work so we kept ourselves busy while he was gone.

We went to the splash park and then kids were drawn to the river. So we spent quite a bit of time throwing rocks and playing by the river.
Here is Tayler with McKayla. They really hit it off and had so much fun together. McKayla used to be one of my activity day girls but her family moved to another ward last summer. She is such a sweetheart and later Tayler commented that it was so easy to make friends in Green River. McKayla spent the rest of the day at our house and then helped Tayler watch the kids that night.
So when my friend Shandra heard that I had not seen the new vampire movie she got together some friends and we saw it! This is the first vampire movie that I have actually seen in the theater. I just had to snap a picture of the occassion. Tayler and her McKayla held down the fort and had fun with the kids while I was at the movie with friends - thanks girls!!

We decided to have a camp out in the back yard. The kids thought it was the best day ever!! We built a camp fire and roasted marshmallows. We also read some mystery stories.
We spread out a tarp and some sleeping bags and fell asleep under the stars.
The kids decided they wanted to have a lemonade stand!! So we spent a day making cookies and lemonade. We then set up by smiths since it is close to our house and on a busy street. I begged some friends into stopping by and we had two or three others stop as they passed by. So all in all it was a success and the kids earned $10 that they shared. The boys thought it was a great way to earn money.
