Birthday Continued

Here is the fabulous table setting that Jon prepared for my birthday dinner. The kids and I came upstairs after watching some television and found the table all set up. He had even pulled out the nice china that we have only used a handful of times. The kids were especially excited about the yummy drink Jon had prepared.
We had A.J. take a picture of the two of us. He did a pretty good job.
Here is Ethan enjoying a rib from dinner. Jon made ribs and ratatouille for my birthday dinner. He spent HOURS cooking. The ribs were so yummy and the boys were in heaven. Jon thought the ratatouille would be fine. (yes the meal from the movie). It had lots of veggies - mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash, tomato.. I liked it, but the boys didn't....go figure. The special drink was delicious and the kids couldn't get enough. We had purple cows for desert. (like a root beer float, but with grape juice. Much tastier I might add.) I have an amazing husband and am so thankful for the amount of work he put in to making this a special day.
